No. 7 Tennessee Looking to Break Losing Streak at Alabama

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - Tennessee coach Bruce Pearl knows history is not in the seventh-ranked Volunteers' favor when it comes to playing at Alabama.

The Vols travel to Alabama today. Pearl's only visit to Alabama was a 92-79 loss in 2006.

Last season in Knoxville, the Vols came from behind to beat the Crimson Tide in overtime, snapping Alabama's seven-game win streak.
Tennessee has fallen to Alabama in 16 of the last 17 games in Tuscaloosa with the most recent win coming in 1998.

Pearl says no one has beaten Tennessee worse than Alabama and Kentucky.

Tipoff time is 8 p.m. at Coleman Coliseum. ESPN has the telecast.
