NEW YORK (AP) - Auburn is ranked Number 15 in the final Associated Press college football poll released Tuesday morning.
The Tigers won the Chik-fil-A Bowl by edging Clemson 23-20 in overtime on New Year's Eve. Auburn finished the year with a nine and four record.
In the final USA Today Top 25 - Auburn is ranked 14th.
LSU finished Number One, after being Ohio State 38-24 last night in the BCS Championship game. Georgia was second, followed by Southern Cal, Missouri, Ohio State and West Virginia.
Two other SEC schools - Tennessee is ranked 12th and Florida is Number 13.
