ASU Hopes for Another Win Over Troy

JONESBORO, Ark. (AP) - Troy lost one Sun Belt Conference game last season - at home to Arkansas State.

The year before, Troy also lost to the Indians, and the year before that, Arkansas State handed the Trojans one of their two league losses.

Troy senior Omar Haugabook leads the Sun Belt at 275 yards passing per game, and the Trojans are number one in the league in total offense. Arkansas State is number 2.

The Indians (3-4, 1-2) host Troy Saturday night in a matchup of the Sun Belt's last two representatives in the New Orleans Bowl.

The Trojans (5-2, 4-0) went last year despite their loss to Arkansas State, and the 2007 title defense is off to a good start.

Arkansas State leads the series with Troy 7-2.
