New Gator Star Bursts on Scene

GAINESVILLE, Fla. (AP) - Trey Burton's family normally would
have been in the stands. But with his younger brother taking an
official visit to Notre Dame, Burton's mom, uncle and other
relatives were about 900 miles away in South Bend, Ind.
They missed quite a show.
Burton scored a school-record six touchdowns, breaking the mark
set by 2007 Heisman Trophy winner Tim Tebow, and Florida extended
its dominance against Kentucky with a 48-14 victory Saturday night.
Working mostly from the wildcat formation, Burton had five rushing
touchdowns. He also caught a TD pass and tossed in Florida's
longest completion of the season.
