Gulf Shores senior quarterback Brandon Silvers has verbally committed to Troy. Silvers is rated as a three-star prospect.
He chose the Trojans over several Sun Belt schools, including South Alabama and Middle Tennessee State. Silvers threw for 1,400 yards and six touchdowns this season, helping Gulf Shores post a 5-5 record.
