Auburn's 2012 signing class got a major boost on Friday night. Five-star offensive lineman Jordan Diamond has signed with the Tigers.
Diamond is the top-rated player in the state of Illinois. He chose the Tigers over Wisconsin, Arkansas and Michigan, among others.
Auburn Head Coach Gene Chizik cited offensive line as an area of need during his signing day press conference on Wednesday.
The Tigers also need help at wide receiver, and they could get it on February 10th, with five-star recruit Stefon Diggs is expected to sign with his future school.
