Michael Lindsey led Elba to the Class 2A State Championship as a senior. Maurice Crews helped Eufaula reach the second round of the playoffs.

Nick McGlaughlin was one of the most productive players in the AISA Ranks this season. Now, all three players are up for some major post-season awards.

Lindsey, Crews and McGlaughlin are finalists for Back of the Year in their respective classifications. The awards will be announced at a banquet on January 18th.

All three players are also eligible for Alabama's "Mr. Football" award.

Lindsey racked up more than 2,200 yards of total offense and scored 40 touchdowns, spurring Elba's run to the 2A Title. Crews ran for more than 1,500 yards this season, including better than 12 yards per carry, and 22 touchdowns.

McGlaughlin piled up more than 1,600 rushing yards and 20 scores, along with his role as the anchor of the Patriots defense.
