Kinston Finally on Track?

Jason Wambles is beginning his second season as head coach of his alma mater Kinston. The Bulldogs picked up just two wins last season. That may not sound so good. But, in fact, Kinston snapped a 28-game losing streak and won two games in a row last season.

When Wambles took over the program he had just 13 players. More than fifty guys came out for the team this season.

Kinston opens the season at home against Ariton this Friday at 7:00 p.m.

We are so glad to have coach Wambles at Kinston. He is doing a wonderful job with the boys and I so enjoy watching Bulldog Football. We hope he stays for a while and its also nice having my big brother back home.
