It's elegant and historic; legendary and haunted.
Built in the early 1900's, the Rawls hotel in Enterprise was Japheth Rawls blood sweat and tears.
Hard work so his guests could have the perfect stay.
Rawls passed away in 1925.
And it's rumored that ever since, lights out has never been closing time for all his guests.
Some say you can hear it; kids laughing when no one's around.
And you can smell it; cigar smoke when no one's smoking.
Investigator Judi Swan said, “Picked up on a man in one of the rooms that had a heart attack and died in the bed a very angry man.”
Judi Swan says she feels spirits and even gets a picture in her mind as she walks into a hotel room like 107.
Swan said, “When I came in, I felt my heart beating really fast. I felt a lot of anxiety, very tense and was having trouble breathing. It almost made me sick and that's when I asked Darrell, did someone have a heart attack in this room?”
But investigators on Darrell’s team say they want all the proof they can get.

Jerry Tyms is part of the Wiregrass Ghost Hunters Technical Team. He knows the ins and outs of ghost hunting gadgets.
Tyms said, “One of our main tools we use is a digital recorder to catch EVP’s.”
EVP’s Campbell says he got from room 107 years ago.
Campbell said, “Did an initial investigation here about three or four years ago and in that particular room, there were reports of a man who had passed away from a massive heart attack.”
Swan says she felt a woman’s presence in the hotel too.
Swan said, “I picked up on a woman on the stairs.”
Picking up on guests who make the halls at the hotel, legend.
