The Alabama Department of Public Health is looking for volunteers to help with clinics once the H1N1 vaccine is released.
"We certainly can utilize nursing volunteers who have an active license that's current. They might not be working now but they can help with vaccinations and other folks. We need administrative and clerical volunteers, social workers," says Eileen Rogers with the Alabama Department of Public Health.
Liability for volunteer nurses will be covered through the health department.
If you'd like to help, they've provided a link on the department of public health website www.adph.org.
