Tabetha Porter's Chicken Pot Pie
Tabetha Porter, from Dothan, shares her homemade chicken pot pie recipe.
2 chicken breasts, cooked
1 regular sized can, cream of mushroom soup
1 regular sized can, chicken broth
1 regular sized can, peas and carrots
2 hard boiled eggs
1 small packet of Bisquick or other biscuit mix (and any ingredients required to make biscuit)
1 pint of whole milk
Mix all ingredients, beside biscuit mix, together.
Spread into pie pan.
Follow directions on biscuit mix to make biscuit.
Spread biscuit mix over ingredients already in pie pan.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes on 350 until biscuit is a done and a nice golden brown color.
