Mom's Bacon and Four Cheese Quiche

Deep dish quiche filled with crumbled bacon and four cheeses.

Ingredients

Cooked bacon (chopped)
Deep Dish Pie Crust
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Shredded Chedder Cheese
3 Slices Swiss Cheese
3 Slices Provolone Cheese
4 eggs
2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
Pepper to taste

*Can add spinach, broccolli, onion, ect.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Place a layer of bacon the the bottom of pie crust.
Add a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Add a layer of shredded chedder cheese.
Add a layer of swiss cheese.
Add a layer of provolone cheese.

Whisk together eggs, heavy whipping cream, and pepper to taste.

Spoon over top of layers.

Place pie on a baking sheet.

Bake for 30 minutes or until brown on top.

*Note: This can be made in advanced and refriderated. Then, heat it back up. Also, it freezes well.
