1 roll refrigerated sugar cookies, thawed
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
1 cup sweetened coconut
1 1/2 cups Nestle White Chocolate Morsels, divided
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cups Key Lime juice
1-teaspoon vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13x9 inch pan. In a large bowl, break up cookie dough. Stir or knead in extract, nuts and coconut until well blended. Press dough mixture evenly in bottom of pan to form a crust. Sprinkle 1 up of the white chocolate morsels over dough; press lightly into dough.
Bake 14 to 16 minutes or until light golded brown. Meanwhile in a medium bowl, beat condensed milk, key lime juice and eggs with a whisk until well blended. Pour milk mixture evenly over crust.
Bake an additional 20-25 minutes or until filling is set.
In a small microwavable bowl, microwave remaining 1/2 cup white chocolate morsels and the oil uncovered on High 45 seconds. Stir until smooth, if necessary, microwave 15 seconds longer. Drizzle over warm bars. Cool at room temperature for 1 hour and then refrigerate for an additional hour. Cover and refrigerate any remaining bars.
