Ms. Kitty's Cubed Steak with Mushroom Gravy
4-6 servings cubed steak
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10.5 oz.) beef broth
2-3 tsp. dry onion soup mix
Turn crock pot on high.
Pour soup, broth and onion soup mix in crock pot.
Put enough oil in frying pan to brown steak.
Salt, pepper and flour steak, put in hot grease and brown on both sides on medium high heat.
Put steak in crock pot and cook on high for approximately 2 hours. Turn heat to low and cook another 30 minutes to 1 hour until tender.
*More soup or water may be added if needed.
