Ground Beef (ground chuck is better….cuts down on the grease)
Press out burger patties (make them half the size you normally would)
Place one cut-up strip of bacon on top of patty
Place one slice of American Cheese on top of bacon
Place second patty on top and press together
Cook on grill until ready
Be careful! When grilling, don’t put burgers too close to the heat….the bacon will drip grease on top of what the burger is dripping, and if you’re not careful, it will make a dandy fire!
