1 c. all purpose flour
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1 stick of butter
1 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. confectioner's sugar
1 ctn. cool whip
4 c. milk
2 boxes each instant vanilla and instant chocolate pudding


Spray 9x13 inch dish with cooking spray. In a bowl, mix flour, pecans and butter. Place in the bottom of the baking dish. Bake at 350' until lightly browned. Beat cream cheese and sugar. Fold in 1/2 of whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust. Prepare vanilla pudding with 2 cups of milk. Spread over last mixture. Prepare chocolate pudding with 2 cups of milk and spread over vanilla layer. Top with remaining cool whip and garnish with nuts.
