Garden Path Inn's Cold Strawberry Soup
2 pints of washed and hulled strawberries
1 cup of half and half
1 cup sour cream
1 cup Cool Whip
1/3 cup sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Using a blender, process all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
Chill until ready to serve.
Top with any variety of fruit you wish.
This recipe can also be used as a creamy tipping over fresh fruit for a light summer dessert.
Makes about 6-8 one half cup servings.
