2 15 oz canned baby new potatoes
1 16 oz carton sour cream
1/4 cup wine vinegar
3 tsp Balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 tbsp ALAGA hot sauce
1/4 cup chopped chives
1. Rinse and drain potatoes, put in container and toss with the vinegar
and green onions, salt and pepper to taste.
2. Add sour cream, ALAGA hot sauce and toss until all potatoes are completely covered.
3. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve cold topped with fresh chopped chives and a dash of paprika .
