FUNNY GIRL'S SUMMER BAKE

Ingredients

1 Lb. Fresh squash
1 lb. fresh zucchini
1 large Vidalia onion
lemon pepper seasoning
small bottle Zesty Italian dressing
Monterey Jack or Italian blend cheese

Directions

Layer sliced squash, zucchini, and onions in a Pyrex dish, season with lemon pepper and repeat layering process until done. Cover vegetables with Italian dressing and cover with foil. Place in 350 degree oven for 30-45 minutes, depending on the doneness you prefer for vegetables.
Remove foil, cover with cheese and bake 10-15 minutes more or until done.
