1 16 oz. carton dairy sour cream
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. strong strawberry tea concentrate
1 tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
3 cups fresh blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and/or sliced strawberries.
Fresh mint springs (optional).
Fresh strawberries (optional)
For sauce, in a small bowl combine sour cream, brown sugar, tea concentrate.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours.
To serve, layer sauce and desired berries in 4 parfait glasses. Serve immediately or cover and chill in the refrigerator for up to 1 hour.
If desired, garnish with mint sprigs and additional strawberries. Makes 4 servings.
