Lemon Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs. Cream cheese (8 oz.)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Graham cracker crust

    Directions

    1. Mix cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla with mixer the add eggs and mix until blended.



    2. Pour into pie crust



    3. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.



    4. Cool and refrigerate 3 hours or over night. Add cool whip and lemon slices.
