Aviators' Landing Cream Cheese Custard
1 can evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
4 oz. cream cheese
caramel--cook 1 cup sugar until it melts and become golden brown.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix evaporated milk, condensed milk, cream cheese and eggs in a blender.
Add the mix on top of your caramel mold.
Bake in a double boiler in a water bath for 30 minutes.
Let cool before eating.
