Potato Sausage Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 1 -32 ounce package frozen hashed potatoes, thawed
  • 1- 10 ounce can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 -8 ounce jar Cheez Whiz
  • 1-8 ounce sour cream
  • ½ or 1 cup chopped onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste


    Directions

    Brown sausage in skillet, stirring until crumbly, drain.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Mix well.

    Spoon into a greased 9X12 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
