Crunchy Chicken Fingers

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tsp. onion flakes
  • 3 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 cups butter cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp. Sesame seeds
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.



    2. Grease baking sheet.



    3. Cut chicken breast into strips.



    4. Combine mayonnaise, onion flakes, dry mustard in bowl. Mix well.
    Combine cracker crumbs, sesame seeds, garlic powder and salt in bowl. Mix well.



    5. Dip chicken strips in mayo mixture, then dip in cracker mixture. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake about 15 minutes.



    Serve with dipping sauce.
