1 lb. meat (cut into 1" cubes
1 cup Bisquick
3 T. oil (use part bacon drippings for flavor)
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (opt.)
1. Coat meat in Bisquick. Bring oil to high heat.
2. Add droppings. Saute' 2 minutes per side or until brown. Drain and sprinkle with seasoned salt.
Note: If deep-fryer is available, drop in for 2 minutes
