2 pkgs. orange (or your favorite flavor) gelatin
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese (cut into small pieces
2 cups boiling water
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup evaporated milk
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
½ cup (or more) chopped pecans or walnuts
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows (10.5 oz) pastel
1 8 oz. pkg. whipped topping (optional)
Put gelatin in mixing bowl. Pour in boiling water. Stir until dissolved.
Add cream cheese to gelatin mixture. Let stand 10-12 minutes.
Beat on high speed with mixer until smooth.
Add mayonnaise and milk. Mix well. Add pineapple.
Pour into 13x9x2 inch dish.
Refrigerate until set.
Layer with whipped topping—Sprinkle with nuts and marshmallows.
