1 dozen corn tortillas
1 large onion, chopped
4 chicken breast, boiled and deboned
2 cups mild cheddar cheese
1 can Ro-Tel Tomatoes
½ cup chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1.) Place corn tortillas into a greased casserole dish. Top with chicken, onion and cheese. Add sauce, repeat for second layer.
2.) Bake uncovered into 250 degree oven for 50 minutes. Then bake at 350 degrees fir 25 minutes.
Sauce: In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together; blend well.
