1 pkg. 3 color cole slaw
1 cup Alaga Oriental Cane Syrup
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
1 cup hot spicy peanuts
1.) Mix Alaga Syrup Olive oil, balsamic vinegar and stir well.
2.) Toss coleslaw in this dressing and add diced chicken breast, continuing to toss well.
3.) Salt and pepper to taste. Marinate overnight.
4.) Add peanuts right before serving. Serve in lettuce lined bowls.
