Sweet Potato Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 4 tbsp. flour
  • 2 tbsp. of lemon flavor or flavor to taste
  • 1 tsp. baking powder

    Directions

  • Mix all ingredients together with blender.
  • Pour mixture in partially baked regular size pie crust for 30 minutes
  • This will make two pies.
