Emma Borland's Reese Cup Candy
• 3 cups xxx sugar
• 1 stick butter (melted)
• 2 cups plain peanut butter (melt a little)
Press mixture into a 9 x 13 dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray
Melt chocolate chips (12oz.) over hot water in a double boiler.
Pour over other mixture – chill at least 45 minutes
Cut in squares before they are cold.
Serve at room temperature
