Tuna Noodle Crisp

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. uncooked noodles
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
  • 1 can Cheddar Cheese soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pimiento
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1- 6 1/2 oz can tuna

    Directions

    1. Cook noodles in boiling salted water until done. Drain and reserve.



    2. Saute onions and green pepper in olive oil until tender. Stir in soup, milk pimiento, salt and pepper.



    3. Bring this mixture to a boil. Add cooked noodles and tuna. Place in a lightly greased 1 1/2 to 2 quart casserole dish.



    4. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
