Cabbage Al La Janin

Ingredients

  • Head of cabbage, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 red or orange bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 jar of banana peppers
  • 4 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

    Directions

    1. Steam cabbage for about 5 to 7 minutes.



    2. Mix other ingredients and pour over cabbage. Mix well.
