First and second joints of chicken wings (You can purchase these at any local market.)
Seasoning such as: Lemon Pepper, Jamaican Jerk, Red Hot Sauce or Teriyaki
Sliced carrot, onion or celery (optional)
1. Cut around the neck of the first joint of the chicken wing and push the meat to the opposite end of the bone.
2. Stand these up in a roasting pan and rub them with olive oil.
3. Season to your favorite taste. For example
4. Roast at 350 degrees or on the grill until cooked, approximately 20-30 minutes.
You can add a sliced carrot, onion or celery to cook in the slit of the chicken.
