Monte Cristo Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Three pieces of Texas Style bread
  • 1 piece of American cheese
  • 1 piece of Swiss cheese
  • Turkey
  • Ham
  • Two eggs, beaten with a little cream
  • Graham cracker crumbs

    Directions

    1. On one piece of bread layer turkey and cheese. Put a piece of bread on top. On that piece of bread layer ham and cheese. Put the third piece of bread on top.



    2. Dip in eggs and then in graham cracker crumbs.



    3. Place in hot grease and fry until brown.
