4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup half & half cream
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup grated cheese
2 cups cooked chicken
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 deep dish pie crust or 8 tart size crusts
1. Combine cream cheese and half & half to make a slightly lumpy paste. Add eggs and mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients.
2. Spoon into unbaked pie crust and bake at 400° for approximately 20 minutes or until center is set and pie crust is nicely browned.
3. Serve hot.
4. Any left over portions should be refrigerated and then reheated in the microwave to desired temperature.
