Chris' Meat, Cheese, Fruit Vessel

Ingredients

- 1 mango
- 2-3 slices of prosciutto (or some type of gourmet ham)
- bleu cheese
- 1 endive lettuce bulb
- chives
- balsamic vinegar

Directions

- finely dice mango, prosciutto and put in bowl
- crumble bleu cheese and mix in (remember, a little goes a long way!)
- add diced chives for garnish
- spoon mixture into individual lettuce leaves
- splash drops of balsamic vinegar to top
