Chocolate Orange Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup half and half
  • 1 12-ounce package semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup Grand Marnier or other orange-flavored liqueur

    Directions

  • Heat half-and-half in heavy saucepan over low heat.
  • Stir in chocolate chips, marshmallows, and salt.
  • Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate and marshmallow melt.
  • Remove from heat; stir in Grand Marnier.
  • Again, frozen orange juice may be substituted for the liqueur.
