2 cups pecans, toasted and finely chopped
1 butter recipe chocolate fudge cake mix
2 pks. chocolate chips (6 oz. each) semi sweet or milk chocolate
1 stick oleo
1 box confectioners sugar
½ cup milk
Butter generously, a 9x13 cake pan.
Sprinkle toasted pecans evenly over bottom of pan.
Prepare cake batter by package directions.
Let cake cool about 5 minutes.
Turn out on platter.
Sprinkle miniature marshmallows over pecans on top of cake.
Melt chips and oleo over low heat.
Add other ingredients and spread over marshmallows on cake.
