Chocolate Toasted Pecan Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pecans, toasted and finely chopped
  • 1 butter recipe chocolate fudge cake mix



    Icing
  • 2 pks. chocolate chips (6 oz. each) semi sweet or milk chocolate
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 box confectioners sugar
  • ½ cup milk

    Directions

  • Butter generously, a 9x13 cake pan.
  • Sprinkle toasted pecans evenly over bottom of pan.
  • Prepare cake batter by package directions.
  • Let cake cool about 5 minutes.
  • Turn out on platter.
  • Sprinkle miniature marshmallows over pecans on top of cake.



    Icing
  • Melt chips and oleo over low heat.
  • Add other ingredients and spread over marshmallows on cake.
