1. Steam broccoli and cauliflower in microwave for about five minutes.
2. In a 1 qt. saucepan melt butter, add onions, celery, bell peppers, garlic, sausage and mushroom. Sauté 5-10 min. until soft, sprinkle in flour, mix until roux.
3. Add heavy cream and thicken.
4. Pour over casserole and bake at 375° for 15-20 min. until bubbling.
