Fruit Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs lightly beaten
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • ½ cup raisins
  • 2 sticks oleo, softened
  • 1 ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 tsp. vinegar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Add all ingredients to beaten eggs. Stir until well mixed. Pour into 2 uncooked pie shells. Bake about 325 for 50-55 minutes
