Dried Fruit Sauce
Ingredients
Note: You can use any dried fruits you like in varying amounts to your taste.
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 cup cranberry juice
1/2 cup orange juice
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup craisins (sweet dried cranberries)
1/3 cup dried cherries
Directions
1. In a saucepan, mix brown sugar, cranberry juice and cornstarch.
2. Put on medium heat and add orange juice and fruits.
3. Stir constantly until thickened to consistency of a light syrup.
4. Remove from heat and serve over ham, pork or poultry.
