Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 cup of mixed artichoke hearts, garbanzo beans, olives and parsley
  • 1 pinch saffron infused in hot water
  • Pasta
  • Swisschard

    Directions

    1. Cook pasta according to directions on box.



    2. Saute vegetables.



    3. Add pasta and saffron.



    4. Garnish w/ cheese.
