1 pkg. angel food cake mix
1 pt. whipping cream or 1 lb. size whipped topping
4 to 5 Tbsp. powdered sugar
1 pt. strawberries
3-4 Tbsp. flour
Follow package directions for preparing cake mix. Lightly grease or spray a 14x10 1/2 x 1 inch baking pan. Line with wax paper. Spread batter in pan. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 18 to 20 minutes. Do not over bake, just firm when you touch it. Sprinkle flour on clean towel and turn cake out on towel. Peel off wax paper. Roll cake in towel, very gently (2 or 3 rolls). Turn seam side down and let cool about 15 to 20 minutes.
Wash and trim berries (save 7 or 8 whole berries for top garnish). Slice remaining berries and add powdered sugar. You will need approximately 1 1/2 cups whipped topping for outside of cake. Fold sliced berries into remaining topping. Carefully unroll cake and spread berries and whipped topping mixture on cake. (leave 1/2 to 1 inch around edges). Re-roll and place cake on a plate, seam side own.
Frost with remaining whopped topping and garnish with berries.
