English Peach Crumble

Ingredients

  • 2 cups soft peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • Dash of cinnamon

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 6x6 Pyrex dish with Pam spray. Drop a few teaspoons of margarine in the bottom of the dish.



    2. Pour one cup of peaches on top, then drop two more teaspoons of margarine on top, then place second cup of peaches on top.



    3. In a mixing bowl, add sugar, flour and remaining margarine. With a fork, mix together, forming big crumbs. Pour on top of peaches in baking dish.



    4. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 20-30 minutes. Serve warm and top with Vanilla ice cream, of desired.
