1 ½ cups butter
1 cup sugar
½ cup milk
1 cup coconut
2 cups pecans, chopped
2 cups powdered sugar
4 Tbs butter
1/8 cup milk
Line a 9X13X2 inch pan with whole graham crackers
In microwave safe dish melt butter, stir in milk, sugar,
and egg. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Add nuts,
coconut, and eight graham crackers that have been
finely crushed. Spread over graham crackers and the
cover with another layer of whole graham crackers.
Spread icing (recipe below) over top layer of graham
crackers , cover and refrigerate. Cut to desired size
servings. (2’x2’ square makes a nice treat)
Icing Melt butter, add sugar, and milk and beat well.
Spread over top layer of graham crackers.
