2 (8 oz.) Cream Cheese
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1 Graham Cracker Crumb Crust
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups fresh strawberries
2 tbsp. Strawberry jelly, heated
1. Mix cream cheese, sugar and Vanilla at medium speed. Add eggs last. Mix until blended.
2. Pour into crust and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Let cool 3 hours or overnight.
3. Spread sour cream over cake top with strawberries and drizzle with jelly.
