Oven Fried Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 6 medium sized potatoes, sliced
  • 4 carrots, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 large bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • Or season to taste.
  • Bacon grease or olive oil


Directions

Bake in casserole dish at 450 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with ranch dressing.
