Mom’s Yummy Breakfast Casserole
1 roll Jimmy Dean Sage Sausage
1 box wild rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. cheddar/ mozzarella grated cheese
½ cup milk
Scramble sausage in frying pan and drain well. Beat eggs and add to sausage—cook until done.
Add Soup, milk and rice.
Pour into baking dish and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
