Chicken Spaghetti


  • 6 large chicken breast
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 large jar pimento, diced
  • 1 lb. spaghetti
  • 1 small can mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 cups mild cheddar cheese, grated


    Wash and salt chicken. Cook until tender. Remove chicken and reserve broth. De-bone chicken and set aside. Wash onion, bell pepper, celery and garlic clove; chop fine. Add more water to broth. Place onion, bell pepper, celery, garlic clove and spaghetti into chicken broth; cook until spaghetti is tender. Add chicken, mushrooms and mushroom soup; stir until well blended. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add grated cheese and simmer 10 minute. Ready to serve.
